ブログの更新、気がつけばお正月の投稿後に冬眠でした...が、あっという間に日本では桜の季節ですね〜！
おかげさまで一月のCD発売記念コンサート in St.Pete は大盛況のうちに終了。
素晴らしいメンバーと共演させて頂き、幸せなコンサートになりました！The time flies so quickly ! It's already Spring.
I think cherry blossoms have started blooming in Japan.
I was so happy about our CD release concert in St. Pete. It was full house and everybody played amazingly beautiful all night.
I'm thankful to the audiences who came to our concert, wonderful musicians and the Al Downing Jazz Association.

また先日はViva Cal (カルジェイダートリビュート）のライブ in Sarasota にも参加させていただき、ラテンジャズ＆サルサを演奏。ダンスフロアのあるイベント会場でお客様と大盛り上がり！でした。
またこちらのバンドでも近い将来、演奏できる機会があると嬉しいです。
Recently, we played with the 'Viva Cal Sextet' in Sarasota. It was a tribute to Cal Tjaider's Latin Jazz tunes and we also played some traditional Salsa dance music.
I really enjoyed playing with these great musicians and checking the dance floor during the show.
It was a blast! Everybody danced on the floor with their smile.
We hope to play with the 'Viva Cal Sextet' again soon.

今日アメリカはイースターの祝日で街のあちこちでイースターに因んだイベントやパーティーが行われていました。
この時期になるとウサギのデコレーションが沢山見られて、チョコレートなどのお菓子もみんなウサギコラボ！可愛いウサギの耳カチューシャを付けた子供達の姿を見たりするのもとても楽しいです。
私達は今週末、次のコンサートに向けてリハーサルをしたり、我が家でお寿司パーティーをしたり、ウサギクッキーを作ったり、相変わらずYogaクラスに行ったり、近所の公園を散歩したりの週末でした。

I think cicadas might sing soon around this area.
Today, here in the US we had the Easter Holidays. There were a lot of Easter events and parties everywhere. I love to see tons of bunny decorations, candies and cute kids with rabbit ears at this time of the year ;)
This weekend, we did a rehearsal for our next concert, Sushi home party, making rabbit shape cookies, going to Yoga class and took a walk in the park.
It was a fun weekend.
