気が付けばもう今年もあと半月で終わりではないですか！一年が経つのは本当に早い〜。
先月はFrankie Pineiroさん率いるグループ"Viva Cal Sextet"でSalsa Meets Jazzのイベントで演奏してきました。
Facebookに掲載した写真をこちらにも何枚かアップしてみたいと思います。
会場の皆さん、こんな感じで盛り上がって沢山踊って下さいました。
さて、今月はライブレコーディングを予定しています。
良い感じに録音ができたら、M&M Latin Jazz Ensembleの初アルバムとして来年リリースしたいと思っています。
Martyのビブラフォンをフィーチャーした、彼の初ビブラフォンアルバムになる予定です。
今日は最終リハを良い感じで終えて来ました。
公開録音のコンサートは１２月１８日と１９日の二日間、オーランドのTimucua Artsにて行います。お近くの皆様、よろしかったら遊びにいらしてくださいね！（英文の最後にコンサート詳細をアップしています）
良いコンサートになるよう張り切って参ります。

There is just half a month left in 2016. Time flies so fast!
Last month, Marty and I performed with The Viva Cal Sextet at Fogartyville in Sarasota. Here are some pictures from my Facebook page.
It was a fun gig. Every musician played great and there was a really nice crowd. A lot of people danced.
We hope to go back there again with The Viva Cal Sextet in the near future.
This month, we are recording a live CD with La Lucha & Jeff Rupert at Timucua Arts, Orlando on 18th &19th.
It will be M&M Latin Jazz Ensemble's first CD.
This CD will feature Marty playing vibraphone. His first recording on the instrument to date.
Today was our final rehearsal for the concert. Everybody sounded wonderful.
We hope to release it next year.

To close out the 2016 Timucua white house concert series, local legends Marty(Vibs) & Michiko Morell(Perc.&Vo.) will perform a Latin Jazz program featuring tenor sax star Jeff Rupert and the adventurous, inventive rhythm section of La Lucha on back to back evenings.
Admission is free. Please bring a donation for the artists and some wine and food to share. Let's end 2016 on a high note!
